Welcome to Royal Oaks!

The Fortress: One apartment with a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath which best serves a family with up to two younger children called The Fortress. It has a balcony porch attached. The Fortress has a separate entrance from the outside.

The Refuge: Three bedroom apartment that has one bath and it is adjacent to a second full bathroom down the hall. The Refuge has a queen room, a set of twins in a second bedroom, and a full size bed in a third bedroom. This apartment is also mostly used for up to three month stays but can be booked for a long weekend or a week, if available. The Refuge has a separate entrance and mud room.

Both apartments have full kitchens with appliances and access to laundry facilitates.

Purple Room and The Gold Room: Both rooms share a bath and are accessible from the main house or a side porch into The Gold Room. They share kitchen facilities and laundry facilities with the main house and are usually booked for long weekends or a week or two stay at a time.

Bear Den: The Bear Den is an A/V Home Theater. It can be booked in advance for guests of the house. Available for parties of up to 10 for sporting events or special TV, Movie occasions. It can be accessed from the two apartments or through the main house.

Neverland: A children’s toy room in the main house. Here you can find arts and craft supplies, books to check out and toys and puzzles for younger ages. It is for guests of The Royal Oaks and The River and can be accessed during certain hours with a parent.
